Rent a Meeting Room

Space is available to rent at many of our branches, including community use rooms and a commercial kitchen at our Hillsburgh Branch. Please review our Room Rental Policy before submitting a request. The rental rates are as follows, including all applicable taxes:

By the hour $16.95
Full day (8 hours+) $124.30

You may be required to pay additional fees, including music licensing, alcohol licensing, insurance coverage, or a refundable damage deposit. Please contact each branch for details or to book a room. You are also welcome to fill out our Rent a Meeting Room inquiry form. 

Free study rooms are available at Aboyne, Fergus, and Hillsburgh Branches. Please speak to staff at each branch for details.
