Rent a Meeting Room

Room Rental Rates

Space is available to rent at many of our branches, including community use rooms and a commercial kitchen at our Hillsburgh Branch. Please review our Room Rental Policy before submitting a request. The rental rates are as follows:

Time Cost
By the hour $20.00 + HST

Basic liability insurance coverage is included in the hourly rate. A certificate of insurance will be included with your room rental agreement. Renters may be required to pay additional fees, including music licensing, alcohol licensing, additional insurance coverage, or a refundable damage deposit. Alcohol is not permitted during library open hours.

Available Rooms

Free study rooms are available at Aboyne, Fergus, and Hillsburgh Branches. Please speak to staff at each branch for details.
