Visits with library staff are available to local schools and homeschool groups. We will share resources and lead hands-on activities to support students. Please request your visit a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Submitting this form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All requests are subject to availability.
Did you know we have library cards for teachers? (Ask about signing up your students too!)
Get to know the library (Grade K-12): The Library has something for everyone! Tell us what your students are interested in, and we will tell you about our related collections, programmes, and services. This could include Summer Reading or our Short Stort Contest.
Story time (Grades K-3): This programme introduces students to age-appropriate books, fun songs, and rhymes.
Book talks (Grades 4-12): Get excited about reading! Students will be introduced to a variety of fiction and non-fiction books. Library staff will present reading level appropriate titles.
Self-directed: Groups are welcome to use public library space at any time. You can fill out the request form as a courtesy so we know to expect you.
